PAXX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, OR6C72P, and RNU6-73P. Each is linked with PAXX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXX-to-partner and partner-to-PAXX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by PAXX-low versus PAXX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
