PAXX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAXX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP39A1, CPXCR1, and PCDH19. Each is linked with PAXX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXX-to-partner and partner-to-PAXX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP39A1 grouped by PAXX-low versus PAXX-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
