PAXIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM24, TNPO3, and REPIN1. Each is linked with PAXIP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAXIP1 versus TRIM24 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
