Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,595 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAXIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF212, TMEM200A, and TENM3. Each is linked with PAXIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAXIP1 versus ZNF212 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAXIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAXIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
