Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAXIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAXIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-380P, DCLRE1B, and PIMREG. Each is linked with PAXIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAXIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAXIP1 results are reported.
