PAX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL6ST, MPP6, and ECHDC2. Each is linked with PAX6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX6-to-partner and partner-to-PAX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAX6 versus IL6ST in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
