Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,643 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, TIMM44, and MS4A6A. Each is linked with PAX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX6-to-partner and partner-to-PAX6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAX6 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
