PAX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAC1, RNA5SP521, and MED27. Each is linked with PAX6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX6-to-partner and partner-to-PAX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBAC1 grouped by PAX6-low versus PAX6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
