PAX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 739 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUX4, SSX7, and SLC5A7. Each is linked with PAX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX6-to-partner and partner-to-PAX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUX4 grouped by PAX6-low versus PAX6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
