PAX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, SERPINA7, and OR7G2. Each is linked with PAX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX4-to-partner and partner-to-PAX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by PAX4-low versus PAX4-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
