PAX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, E2F6P1, and PKN3. Each is linked with PAX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX2-to-partner and partner-to-PAX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by PAX2-low versus PAX2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
