PAX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLRF2, OR2V1, and LALBA. Each is linked with PAX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX2-to-partner and partner-to-PAX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLRF2 grouped by PAX2-low versus PAX2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
