PAX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF10, FUS, and HADHB. Each is linked with PAX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX1-to-partner and partner-to-PAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF10 grouped by PAX1-low versus PAX1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
