PATZ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,951 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATZ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, HNRNPU, and ANP32A. Each is linked with PATZ1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PATZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATZ1 versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
