Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATZ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,698 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PATZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPG2, LRP6, and YPEL1. Each is linked with PATZ1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PATZ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATZ1 versus COPG2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
