PATZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,072 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-30P, SNORD105B, and IGKV3-25. Each is linked with PATZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PATZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-30P grouped by PATZ1-low versus PATZ1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
