Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with PATZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PATZ1 results are reported.
