Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PATL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PATL1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PATL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PATL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PATL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
