PATL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,308 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP_S421, KDM3A, and FEN1. Each is linked with PATL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL1-to-partner and partner-to-PATL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATL1 versus NASP_S421 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
