Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,883 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, CDCA5, and CHEK1. Each is linked with PATL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL1-to-partner and partner-to-PATL1 results are reported.
