Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PATL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pS65, HER2_pY1248, and Rab11. Each is linked with PATL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL1-to-partner and partner-to-PATL1 results are reported.
