PATL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PATL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,139 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP91, CPSF7, and OSBP. Each is linked with PATL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL1-to-partner and partner-to-PATL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATL1 versus ZFP91 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
