Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PATJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PATJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf52, ID2, and KDSR. Each is linked with PATJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATJ-to-partner and partner-to-PATJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C3orf52 grouped by PATJ-low versus PATJ-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
