PATE4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,640 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM3AP-AS1, RAD52, and ZNRD1ASP. Each is linked with PATE4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE4-to-partner and partner-to-PATE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATE4 versus MCM3AP-AS1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
