Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PATE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4708, DUXAP11, and RNA5SP350. Each is linked with PATE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE4-to-partner and partner-to-PATE4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4708 grouped by PATE4-low versus PATE4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
