PATE4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PATE4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,242 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HYLS1, PATE2, and ACRV1. Each is linked with PATE4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE4-to-partner and partner-to-PATE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATE4 versus HYLS1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
