PATE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR147A, OR5B17, and RNA5SP52. Each is linked with PATE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE2-to-partner and partner-to-PATE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
