PATE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm, CD4+ naive T-cells, and Neutrophils. Each is linked with PATE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE1-to-partner and partner-to-PATE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by PATE1-low versus PATE1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
