Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PART1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PART1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1H, CAMK2D_T337, and OXR1. Each is linked with PART1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PART1-to-partner and partner-to-PART1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PART1 versus PPM1H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
