PARP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,404 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LYSMD2, SEPTIN1, and SEPTIN1_S315. Each is linked with PARP8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP8-to-partner and partner-to-PARP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP8 versus LYSMD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
