Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,456 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRGBP, UNC45A, and OSTM1_S325. Each is linked with PARP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP8-to-partner and partner-to-PARP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP8 versus MRGBP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.66.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
