Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA2, CWC25, and PTTG1. Each is linked with PARP8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP8-to-partner and partner-to-PARP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA2 grouped by PARP8-low versus PARP8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
