Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PARP8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP8-to-partner and partner-to-PARP8 results are reported.
