Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,017 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein auto-ADP-ribosylation, Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with PARP8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP8-to-partner and partner-to-PARP8 results are reported.
