The most reproducible PARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM216B, SSR4P1, and LPXN. Each is linked with PARP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP6-to-partner and partner-to-PARP6 results are reported.
