Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,650 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM216B, SSR4P1, and LPXN. Each is linked with PARP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP6-to-partner and partner-to-PARP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP6 versus FAM216B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
