PARP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,048 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWILCH, PRIM1, and ASAH2B. Each is linked with PARP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP6-to-partner and partner-to-PARP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH grouped by PARP6-low versus PARP6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
