PARP6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PARP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP6-to-partner and partner-to-PARP6 results are reported.
