Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,976 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with PARP4P1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP4P1-to-partner and partner-to-PARP4P1 results are reported.
