Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 427 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFRP, MRPL2, and MSGN1. Each is linked with PARP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP4-to-partner and partner-to-PARP4 results are reported.
