Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,555 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and MCM4. Each is linked with PARP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP2 versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
