Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,106 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Outer mitochondrial membrane organization, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Skin epidermis development. Each is linked with PARP1P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Outer mitochondrial membrane organization grouped by PARP1P2-low versus PARP1P2-high in STAD.
