Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARP1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PARP1P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PARP1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARP1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, PAAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where PARP1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
