PARP16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, MEK1, and Smad4. Each is linked with PARP16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP16-to-partner and partner-to-PARP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by PARP16-low versus PARP16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
