Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,691 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, PLEK, and NECAP2. Each is linked with PARP15 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP15-to-partner and partner-to-PARP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP15 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
