Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARP15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PARP15 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PARP15 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARP15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and LUAD are the cancer types where PARP15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
