Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Smad1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PARP15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP15-to-partner and partner-to-PARP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PARP15-low versus PARP15-high in UCEC.
