Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,842 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synaptic activity, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PARP15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP15-to-partner and partner-to-PARP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of synaptic activity grouped by PARP15-low versus PARP15-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
