Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, LAIR2, and CCDC194. Each is linked with PARP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP15-to-partner and partner-to-PARP15 results are reported.
