Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,647 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2L6, NMI, and OAS2. Each is linked with PARP14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP14-to-partner and partner-to-PARP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP14 versus UBE2L6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
