Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,122 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, SAMHD1, and LILRB1. Each is linked with PARP14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP14-to-partner and partner-to-PARP14 results are reported.
